Armenia – Ghana
On June 9 H.E. Dr. Kodzo K. Alabo – newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to the Republic of Armenia (residence-Moscow) and Mr. Moses Evonlah – Minister, Counsellor, Head of Chancery of the Embassy visited RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Chief of the Staff of RA CCI Mr. Araik Vardanyan introduced limited volume of trade turnover between the two countries – only importation of cacao of 1 million USD to Armenia in last one year. Mr. Kodzo K. Alabo noted that the visit has the objective to clarify what we can export to Armenia and vice versa.
Head of International Relations Department of RA CCI Mr. Vladimir Amiryan specified the sectors where opportunity of cooperation and non-used reserves are available. It was bilaterally noted that mutual business forums and exhibitions can serve as a launching step for cooperation.
The Ghanaian diplomat asked the Staff of the Chamber to support in suggesting a candidate for Honorary Consul of Ghana in Armenia.
