On January 25, an Armenian-Belarusian business forum was held in the RA CCI, that was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to Armenia, Mogilev regional branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Yerevan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In his speech, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Igor Nazaruke noted that although specific areas of cooperation are effective, yet the current trade volume is not satisfactory for both sides, and it needs to be expanded and developed.
The President of the Yerevan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Andranik Aleksanyan pointed that this business forum is aimed at strengthening the economic relations between the two states.
The best Belarusian products as well as the interests of their companies were presented before the B2B meetings. Round table meetings were more than successful as before the forum there were around 250 telephone arrangements on meetings between the company representatives.
