Visit of the Minister of Economy of RA to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA

The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Vahan Kerobyan and Deputy Minister Rafayel Govorgyan had a meeting with the representatives of the management of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA and the business community on January 27.

During the meeting were discussed the issues related to the organization of exhibitions, steps aimed at business development, increase in exports, business risk insurance, as well as further ways to establish in new markets.

President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Armenia Martin Sargsyan mentioned that the new combination of the interests of the state and the private sector will become a serious platform for business development and increasing exports.

Mr. Sargsyan also mentioned that by joint efforts the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA, and the other links of the business chain should be strengthened to support the economic policy of the state.

Summarizing the meeting, the participants introduced the current issues of the business environment.
