New educational center

On November 10, took place opening of the Armenian Educational and Partners Support Center of the "AMADEUS" system and introducing of new joint business projects of “Cross Line” and “AMADEUS” companies. Mr. Harutyun Hayrapetyan, member of Presidium of CCI and Mr. Sergey Kozlov, general director of “AMADEUS-information technologies” LLC appreciated the importance of Center and the necessity of implementing new projects. Mr. Vardan Aleksanyan, director of “Cross Line” presented the activities of the Center in details. East Invest 2 Annual Conference

More than 100 business support organisations from Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine and the EU Member States gathered in Yerevan today for the East Invest 2 conference to discuss private sector's engagement in policymaking across the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries. Center for International Private Enterprise representatives’ visit

On July 24-26, representatives from Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) had their regular visit to Armenia to discuss the launch of the project “Strengthening Pro-Reform Dialogue” phase 2. On March 7, a seminar-discussion on the EAEU Customs Code took place, which came into force On January 1, 2018. Within the framework of public-private partnership, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RA and the State Revenue Committee of Armenia initiated a business meeting on the new Customs Code. On March 6, Mr. Azemar de Mendonesa Sanctos, ambassador of Brazil to Armenia and deputy ambassador Philippe Ortega visited to CCI of RA. On March 5, Mr. Andranik Aleksanayn, Executive Director of CCI of RA, accepted Mr. Christian Basson, ambassador of Republic of South Africa to Armenia. During the meeting were introduced the economic development possibilities. Round-table discussions in 5 regions of Armenia

On January and February, 2018, Business Advocacy Network and Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Shirak, Tavoush and Lori organized Regional Round-table discussions about Policy of Taxation, Inspection and Small and Medium Enterprise. Armenian-Polish Intergovernmental Commission Session in Warsaw

On February 20, 2018, Armenian-Polish Intergovernmental Commission Session took place in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, which was attended by ambassadors, representatives of relevant departments and business communities of both countries. During the session was organized Armenian-Polish B2G business-forum on the initiative of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the CCI of the RA.
