Armenia-UAE Relations

On February 6-8, 2018, took place “UAE International Dental Conference & Arab Dental Exhibition” in Dubai. The CCI of RA participated in event with delegation, headed by Mrs. Lilia Gevorgyan, the Advisor to the RA CCI President, President of Women Entrepreneurs Support Foundation. The delegation included more than ten heads of dental clinics and leading dentists from Armenia and Russia. On February 2, Norma Pesado, Ambassador of Mexico to Armenia, visited to CCI of Armenia. Mr. Andranik Aleksanyan, the Executive Director of CCI of RA, met her and introduced Armenian-Mexican business relation’s level, opportunities for them development and expansion. Mrs. Ambassador highlighted the cooperation in tourism, and informed, that Mexico accepted around 17 million tourists in 2017. On January 24, Mrs. Alima M. Salman, temporary attorney of Iraq to Armenia, met a business committee of CCI of RA. Working meeting between businesswomen and representatives of “Ararat” Bank

Representatives of “Ararat” Bank introduced preferential lending program for businesswomen which is supported by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. On October 26, the seminar-consultation about changes and additions of Tax Legislation of RA took place, which was organized by the CCI of RA, Women Entrepreneurs Support Foundation, Young Entrepreneurs Council of CCI and CCI of Yerevan. Launching Conference of National Business Agenda

On October 17 in  Erato hall, Armenia Mariott Hotel Yerevan was presentation of National Business Agenda (NBA) developed by Business Advocacy Network  (hereinafter Network).
